Terms of sale

The seller. The pieces are sold by Attelid S.r.l.s., based in the province of Naples, Italy, owner of the Helemid brand. Full details are in the footer of every page.
Prices. Prices are in euro, VAT included, shipping excluded unless stated. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
Order and payment. The order is confirmed at checkout. You can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna in three instalments, bank transfer or cash on delivery. With a bank transfer the piece leaves when the payment is credited.
Shipping. Express courier, times and costs on the shipping and returns page. Made-to-measure pieces leave in twelve working days.
Right of withdrawal. You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with labels and hygiene liner. The refund is made within 14 days of the return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure pieces, made to your specifications: if the piece does not fit as it should, it is fixed at no cost.
Guarantee. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumers.
Law and jurisdiction. Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of their place of residence.
