The terms
How it arrives
- Express courier, Italy
- €6.90, free from €120. Delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- European Union
- €14.90. Delivery in 3-5 working days.
- Other countries
- On request, write to us on WhatsApp with your address.
- Ready pieces
- Leave within 24 working hours of the order.
- Made-to-measure pieces
- Leave in 12 working days, with €25 on top of the price of the piece.
- Cash on delivery
- €4.90 extra, paid in cash to the courier. Italy only.
- Returns
- Within 14 days of delivery, unworn with the hygiene liner. The refund arrives within 14 days of the piece coming back.
- Made to measure and returns
- A made-to-measure piece cannot be returned. If it does not fit as it should, it gets fixed at no cost.
The parcel is plain and carries no prices if you ask at checkout.
Questions
What many people ask
How do I return something?
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We send you the courier label and the piece comes back to us. The refund goes out when it arrives, on the same method you paid with.
Can I change size?
Yes, within the same times as a return. If the new size is ready, it leaves as soon as the first one comes back.
Is the parcel tracked?
Yes. The tracking number arrives by email and on WhatsApp when the courier collects it.
